Norme legale pentru anexele gospod\u0103re\u0219ti<\/span>\n\t<span class=\"qodef-accordion-mark\">\n\t\t<span class=\"qodef-icon--plus\"><\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/h4>\n<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content\">\n\t<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content-inner\">\n\t\t<h5><strong>1. Autorizarea<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>Construirea anexelor gospod\u0103re\u0219ti necesit\u0103 ob\u021binerea autoriza\u021biei de construire conform <strong>Legii nr. 50\/1991<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>2. Distan\u021barea fa\u021b\u0103 de propriet\u0103\u021bi vecine<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>Distan\u021ba minim\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de limita de proprietate este, de regul\u0103, de 1,5 - 2 metri, dar poate varia conform reglement\u0103rilor locale.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>3. Suprafa\u021ba maxim\u0103 ocupat\u0103<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>Suprafa\u021ba anexelor trebuie s\u0103 respecte indicatorii urbanistici (POT \u0219i CUT) stabili\u021bi prin certificatul de urbanism.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>4. \u00cen\u0103l\u021bimea maxim\u0103<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>\u00cen\u0103l\u021bimea anexelor este limitat\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de zon\u0103, de obicei \u00eentre 3 \u0219i 6 metri pentru cl\u0103diri parter sau parter + mansard\u0103.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>5.
