Distan\u021ba minim\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de limita de proprietate<\/span>\n\t<span class=\"qodef-accordion-mark\">\n\t\t<span class=\"qodef-icon--plus\"><\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/h4>\n<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content\">\n\t<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content-inner\">\n\t\t<h5><strong>Cl\u0103diri f\u0103r\u0103 deschideri c\u0103tre vecin<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>Conform legisla\u021biei, distan\u021ba minim\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fie de cel pu\u021bin 60 cm fa\u021b\u0103 de limita de proprietate.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>Cl\u0103diri cu deschideri c\u0103tre vecin<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>Distan\u021ba minim\u0103 este de 2 metri fa\u021b\u0103 de limita de proprietate pentru a asigura intimitatea \u0219i siguran\u021ba.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>Reglement\u0103ri locale<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>Autorit\u0103\u021bile locale pot impune distan\u021be mai mari, \u00een func\u021bie de specificul zonei \u0219i tipul cl\u0103dirilor.<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"qodef-accordion-title\">\n\t<span class=\"qodef-tab-title\">3. Distan\u021ba \u00eentre cl\u0103diri<\/span>\n\t<span class=\"qodef-accordion-mark\">\n\t\t<span class=\"qodef-icon--plus\"><\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/h4>\n<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content\">\n\t<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content-inner\">\n\t\t<h5><strong>Locuin\u021be unifamiliale<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>Distan\u021ba \u00eentre dou\u0103 locuin\u021be trebuie s\u0103 fie egal\u0103 cu cel pu\u021bin jum\u0103tate din \u00een\u0103l\u021bimea celei mai \u00eenalte cl\u0103diri, dar nu mai pu\u021bin de 3 metri.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>Locuin\u021be colective<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>\u00cen cazul blocurilor, distan\u021ba minim\u0103 trebuie s\u0103 fie egal\u0103 cu \u00een\u0103l\u021bimea celei mai \u00eenalte cl\u0103diri.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>Cl\u0103diri cu destina\u021bie mixt\u0103<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>\u00cen cazul cl\u0103dirilor cu func\u021biuni multiple, distan\u021bele sunt stabilite \u00een func\u021bie de zona de amplasare \u0219i utilizare.<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"qodef-accordion-title\">\n\t<span class=\"qodef-tab-title\">4. Consultarea unui arhitect sau urbanist \u0219i analiza reglement\u0103rilor locale sunt pa\u0219i esen\u021biali pentru succesul oric\u0103rui proiect reziden\u021bial.
