Ob\u021binerea Certificatului de Urbanism (CU)<\/span>\n\t<span class=\"qodef-accordion-mark\">\n\t\t<span class=\"qodef-icon--plus\"><\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/h4>\n<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content\">\n\t<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content-inner\">\n\t\t<p>Primul pas const\u0103 \u00een solicitarea Certificatului de Urbanism de la prim\u0103ria localit\u0103\u021bii unde se afl\u0103 terenul. Acest document ofer\u0103 informa\u021bii despre regimul juridic, economic \u0219i tehnic al terenului \u0219i stabile\u0219te condi\u021biile necesare pentru realizarea investi\u021biei. Pentru ob\u021binerea CU, ve\u021bi avea nevoie de:<\/p><ul><li>Cerere tip completat\u0103<\/li><li>Acte de proprietate ale terenului<\/li><li>Planuri cadastrale<\/li><li>Dovada achit\u0103rii taxei aferente<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"qodef-accordion-title\">\n\t<span class=\"qodef-tab-title\">2. Elaborarea Documenta\u021biei Tehnice pentru Autorizarea Construirii (D.T.A.C.)<\/span>\n\t<span class=\"qodef-accordion-mark\">\n\t\t<span class=\"qodef-icon--plus\"><\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/h4>\n<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content\">\n\t<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content-inner\">\n\t\t<p>Pe baza informa\u021biilor din Certificatul de Urbanism, se elaboreaz\u0103 D.T.A.C., care include:<\/p><ul><li>Proiectul de arhitectur\u0103<\/li><li>Proiectul de rezisten\u021b\u0103<\/li><li>Proiectele de instala\u021bii (electrice, sanitare, termice)<\/li><\/ul><p>Aceste proiecte trebuie realizate de speciali\u0219ti autoriza\u021bi \u0219i avizate conform legisla\u021biei \u00een vigoare.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"qodef-accordion-title\">\n\t<span class=\"qodef-tab-title\">3. Ob\u021binerea avizelor \u0219i acordurilor necesare<\/span>\n\t<span class=\"qodef-accordion-mark\">\n\t\t<span class=\"qodef-icon--plus\"><\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/h4>\n<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content\">\n\t<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content-inner\">\n\t\t<p>\u00cen func\u021bie de specificul proiectului \u0219i de cerin\u021bele din Certificatul de Urbanism, este necesar\u0103 ob\u021binerea unor avize \u0219i acorduri de la diverse institu\u021bii, precum:<\/p><ul><li>Aviz de mediu<\/li><li>Aviz de la Inspectoratul pentru Situa\u021bii de Urgen\u021b\u0103<\/li><li>Avize de la furnizorii de utilit\u0103\u021bi (ap\u0103, canalizare, energie electric\u0103, gaze)<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"qodef-accordion-title\">\n\t<span class=\"qodef-tab-title\">4. Depunerea documenta\u021biei \u0219i ob\u021binerea autoriza\u021biei de construire<\/span>\n\t<span class=\"qodef-accordion-mark\">\n\t\t<span class=\"qodef-icon--plus\"><\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n<\/h4>\n<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content\">\n\t<div class=\"qodef-accordion-content-inner\">\n\t\t<p>Dup\u0103 completarea D.T.A.C. \u0219i ob\u021binerea tuturor avizelor necesare, se depune dosarul complet la prim\u0103ria localit\u0103\u021bii. Documenta\u021bia trebuie s\u0103 includ\u0103:<\/p><ul><li>Cererea pentru emiterea autoriza\u021biei de construire<\/li><li>Certificatul de Urbanism<\/li><li>D.T.A.C.<\/li><li>Avizele \u0219i acordurile ob\u021binute<\/li><li>Dovada achit\u0103rii taxei de autorizare<\/li><\/ul><p>Conform legisla\u021biei, autoritatea emitent\u0103 are obliga\u021bia de a elibera autoriza\u021bia de construire \u00een termen de 30 de zile de la data depunerii documenta\u021biei complete \u0219i corecte.<\/p>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h4 class=\"qodef-accordion-title\">\n\t<span class=\"qodef-tab-title\">5.
